Spotlight on the Neimand Collaborative

Converge is pleased to highlight another 2024 platform licensee that is doing terrific work with our platform in their client engagements: The Neimand Collaborative.

A woman-owned small business (WOSB), the Neimand Collaborative has a long history and reputation for doing critical work in communications and messaging for the organizations and communities they serve. Led by president and owner Sarah Hutchinson, the organization is nationally known and respected for its ability to break through political polarization and create advances in education, health, financial inclusion, transportation, and conservation for major organizations.

The Neimand Collaborative team supports brand development, messaging, philanthropic strategy, and campaign implementation with a wide range of research tools and methods.

In 2024, the organization added the Converge platform to their capabilities for stakeholder feedback — branded as the Neimand Strategy Lab and led by Karolyn Cooper, Vice President of Research and Impact, and Alexandra A., Social Impact Coordinator. Recent sessions have included stakeholder input sessions for key audience understanding, strategic planning, and message development.

Neimand will launch a strategic initiative in 2025 around the use of the Converge platform for qualitative research with Spanish-speaking audiences. Converge supports multiple languages and even provides dynamic language translation, where Spanish-language responses are immediately translated to enable English-language project members to see those responses in English in real time.
